Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers

For yoga teachers with an inquisitive mind, who love diving into discussions of human anatomy and how to use this knowledge to create meaningful yoga classes, the Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers series is the perfect course. Various topics will be presented such as an extensive human anatomy review, how to use this knowledge to facilitate movement in a yoga class, and up to date research in Kinesiology (study of human movement) as it applies to teaching yoga.
Series Details
5  modules over  5 weeks, every Sunday starting March 10-April 7th
Each module is 3.5hrs, for a total 17.5 contact hours
Time: 11am-2:30pm

Can’t Attend All Sessions? 
While we believe that its always beneficial to be present in class, if you are unable to attend ALL 5 sessions, videos are available for sessions 2-5. However, you must attend session one to get the foundational material for the series.
