Rosie Mulford has created an energetic, power based workshop to kick start your year of yoga!
This two hour workshop is an intense class incorporating yoga asana, philosophy, and boot camp- think sit ups, push ups, and repetitive lunges. We will work on high intensity intervals , then conscious breathing to bring the heart rate down. The workshop will include strength and flexibility postures to enhance your overall practice. Rosie’s unique style of teaching makes intermediate yoga postures more accessible for all. Make a commitment this year to yourself through a strong yoga practice.
